Most people put off a bathroom remodel because they've heard the stories: weeks of dust, a contractor who stops showing up, and a final bill nobody saw coming. We built our process to take all of that off the table. Here's exactly what happens, from the first phone call to the final walkthrough.

Step 1: Free In-Home Design Consultation
A HUGH'S consultant comes to your home, measures the space and brings real samples of our wall panels, bases, glass and fixtures. You pick your styles right there. Most visits take 60 to 90 minutes, and you get one fixed price on the spot, with no pressure to sign that day. Appointments are Tuesday through Friday at 10am, 2pm or 6pm, and Saturday at 10am or 2pm.

Step 2: Ordering and Scheduling
Once you give us the go-ahead, we order everything for your project and set your install date. Because the whole design is settled at the first visit, there's no back-and-forth and no waiting on decisions halfway through.

Step 3: Removal and Prep
On install day, we protect your floors and hallway, take out the old shower, tub or fixtures, and check what's behind the walls. If there's a problem, like water damage, we show it to you and explain your options before we go any further.

Step 4: Installation
We install your new base or tub, waterproof, grout-free wall panels, glass and fixtures. Most shower updates are done in a day or two. Full remodels take longer, and we give you the schedule up front so you can plan around it.

Step 5: Final Walkthrough and Aftercare
Before we leave, we walk through the finished bathroom with you, show you how everything works and go over how to care for your panels. If anything isn't right, we fix it. Your installation is covered by our limited lifetime installation warranty, and you can call us any time with questions.
