A new bathroom is a big decision, so we back it twice: once on our work, and once through the manufacturer of the wall panels we install.

HUGH'S Limited Lifetime Installation Warranty
We stand behind our installation for as long as you own your home. If a problem comes up because of how we installed your shower or bathroom, like a leak from our work or a panel or seam coming loose, call us and we'll come back and fix it at no charge. This warranty covers our installation workmanship for the original purchaser and is not transferable. It doesn't cover normal wear, re-caulking after the first 12 months, house settling, or plumbing and products we didn't install. You'll get the full warranty terms in writing with your contract.

Wall Panel Lifetime Limited Warranty
Our shower wall panels are manufactured in the USA from waterproof, high-density PVC. They carry the manufacturer's limited lifetime residential warranty against defects such as fading, yellowing, cracking, bubbling and peeling under normal use, for as long as the original owner lives in the home. Coverage can transfer to a new owner if the home sells within two years of installation. Coverage is prorated over time. Ask us for a copy of the full manufacturer's warranty terms.

Other Products
Shower doors, fixtures, vanities and other products carry their own manufacturer warranties. We'll go over what comes with each one at your consultation.

Keeping Your Coverage
The panel warranty doesn't cover damage from abrasive pads, harsh solvents or unapproved cleaners. Follow our cleaning and care guide to keep your panels looking new and your coverage intact.
